从D盘下创建文件夹D:\sqlite，并将下载的二个压缩文件解压在此，将得到sqlite3.def、sqlite3.dll 和 sqlite3.exe 文件。
将D:\sqlite加入到path环境变量，最后在命令提示符下，使用sqlite3命令，将显示如下结果。
