/usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb -E UTF-8 --pgdata=/usr/local/pgsql/data

/usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb -E LATIN1 --pgdata=/usr/local/pgsql/data

/usr/local/pgsql/bin/initdb -E en_US.UTF8  --pgdata=/usr/local/pgsql/data

另外，在使用initdb之前，我需要删除/usr/local/pgsql / data中的所有数据吗？
