HBase启动后,为了避免HBase启动ZooKeeper.
但是,HBase启动后会发生以下错误.
Could not start ZK at requested port of 2181. ZK was started at port: 2182. Aborting as clients (e.g. shell) will not be able to find this ZK quorum.

</configuration>
避免HBase管理自己的ZooKeeper.
配置完成后,zookeeper-server和hbase-master独立启动.
