解决方法
如果未使用msdeploy服务的正确URL,则会弹出该错误.它应该看起来像这样：
http://x.x.x.x:80/MsDeployAgentService
：/ MsDeployAgentService是msdeploy使用的默认路径.
其他尝试：1.关闭防火墙,看看它是否有效.2.验证“Web部署服务”是否在目标服务器的Windows服务管理器中运行.
